User Testing: Guidelines for Reporting Issues/Bugs

There are several ways to beta test a site. The best way is to use the site exactly how you would use it in real life. This does not mean just glossing over the site and sort of using it enough to think that it looks fine, but it means actually using it. The process document describes how the museum educators at both the Walker Art Center and the Minneapolis Institute of Art will either create education content for ArtsConnectEd 2 (ACE 2). Content will primarily be created by converting existing content (not already online) using the ACE 2 toolset.
